OUR PROCESS

  • Project Planning Guide
  • SWOT Analysis
  • Setting a detailed plan
  • Starting the project

Creating a new website or redesigning your current one can be an overwhelming task. We’re here to help simplify the process. It is important to spend time before creating your website to think about what you would like to achieve with your new site. When you have about 30-60 minutes (depending on the size of your new website).

SWOT analysis is a strategic planning and strategic management technique used to help a person or organization identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats related to business competition or project planning.

First consider what you want to achieve, and then commit to it. Set SMART (specific, measureable, attainable, relevant and time-bound) goals that motivate you and write them down to make them feel tangible. Then plan the steps you must take to realize your goal, and cross off each one as you work through them.

This stage is where the bulk of the project happens. Deliverables are built to make sure the project is meeting requirements. This is where most of the time, money, and people are pulled into the project. As previously mentioned, a kickoff meeting is held to mark the official start of the execution phase.
